A flying pig is a magical breed of pig. They were once mentioned on a headline in the Daily Prophet about an incident involving two flying pigs and a Muggle in which a certain crazy ginger witch was implicated. [1]
Etymology
The existence of this creature is most likely inspired by the adynaton "when pigs fly".[2]
