Flesh-Eating Slug Repellent was a pesticide used to get rid of Flesh-Eating Slugs.^[1] It could be purchased in Knockturn Alley,^[1] and its slogan was "with slugs out, mandrakes sprout."^[2]

HistoryEdit

In the summer of 1992, Rubeus Hagrid went to Knockturn Alley to buy this product, as Flesh-Eating Slugs were destroying the cabbage crop at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. While there, he ran into Harry Potter, who had gotten lost after a Floo powder-related accident.

Also, when Harry, Ron, and Hermione were discussing that Hagrid might be the heir of Slytherin, Hagrid shows up behind them in the courtyard carrying the Flesh-Eating Slug Repelent.
