Flanders is the political community of the Flemings. It is also a geographical region located in parts of present-day Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. Not much is known about Flanders' association in the Muggle world, but it does have its own Quidditch team. The team played against Transylvania in 1473 at the first Quidditch World Cup.
