The Flame-Freezing Charm (incantation unknown) was a charm that changed the effects of a fire so that instead of burning, it felt like a warm summer breeze. The subject would usually feel a gentle tickling sensation.

An actor playing Crapaud Unknown A wizard in "an ill-fated" act of Malecrit's Alas, I've Transfigured My Feet used this to protect himself from engulfing flames whilst delivering the play's final, rousing speech.[1]
Albus Dumbledore 1938 Dumbledore possibly used this spell combined with Incendio on the wardrobe of Tom Riddle to prove that he was a wizard.
