Fizzing Whizbees are a magical candy. They are probably the "massive sherbert balls that make you levitate a few inches above the ground while you suck them" that Ron Weasley mentioned in 1993. They are rumored to contain dried Billywig stings.
There exists a real world version of this candy, which is said to resemble Pop Rocks. [1]
