Finch-Fletchley is the surname of a Muggle family, though they have some magical blood, as Justin Finch-Fletchley is a wizard.
The family's double-barrelled name suggests that they are wealthy, as does the fact that Justin's parents planned to send him to Eton, a very prestigious English school, before he received an invitation to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1991.[1]
