The Quidditch Beginner's Luck Badge was an award students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry received during the 1996–1997 school year, regardless of their house. To receive the badge, students had to catch the Golden Snitch during a Quidditch match for the first time during the school year.[1]
