Do you remember those scenes from the Harry Potter movies where the train would be taking those little pansy bitches to their pretentious school of 'magic' in a train and it passed over a bridge? It's this bridge. Also, there is a steam train that passes over this and it makes for a wonderful photo. But we missed it. We originally tried getting on the train but its tickets are booked way, way in advance. However, coming to this spot made me realize: If you visit Scotland, you don't want to get on the train. What you want to do is get to Glenfinnan Viaduct by car. There's a vantage point up on a hill near the parking lot (we didn't go there), and you get a good angle looking down on it. Go there early in the morning or just before 1400hrs. You should see the train passing over this viaduct and the photo you take of the steam bellowing out from the engine against the delectable Scottish backdrop in autumn will be enough to win you awards. The best I could do in this situation was make it a tilt shift.
