Fern was the model for the figure of the dog Padfoot in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
Fern was filmed in live action, but what we saw onscreen was a computer generated graphic (CGI-dog), based on her, in the battle with the werewolf Remus Lupin. [1]
