Fergus (fl. 1979-1996) was an Irish wizard and Seamus Finnigan's cousin. He was known to annoy Seamus by apparating around him frequently. His parentage is unknown; however, the fact that he was a wizard suggests that he is a cousin on Seamus' mother's side, as Seamus's father was a Muggle.
