Felickaria Tugwood was a witch. On 1 September, 1992, when Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley flew a Ford Anglia to Hogwarts Castle (a breach of the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy), they accidently caused this witch to fall from her broomstick straight into the River Mersey. She got a "shocking" case of flu.[1]
