Eye of rabbit, harp string hum, turn this water into rum is a transfiguration spell that, purportedly, could turn water into rum.

Known uses

Seamus Finnigan tried to cast it in 1991, and, in his first attempt, he managed to make a "weak tea," before causing an explosion. The next day, he tried again several times, but only caused another explosion, creating smoke and blackening his face.

Behind the scenes

It is unknown if this is a real spell or not, although given that Seamus could turn the water into a weak tea it is likely that it is but he could not perform it correctly.
