Eye of rabbit, harp string hum, turn this water into rum is a transfiguration spell that, purportedly, could turn water into rum.

Known uses

Seamus Finnigan tried to cast it in 1991, and, in his first attempt, he managed to make a "weak tea," before causing an explosion. The next day, he tried again several times, but only caused another explosion, creating smoke and blackening his face.
