Everlasting Elixirs are a type of potion with unknown properties. It is possible that these potions never run out or that they have an effect which is permanent.

Harry Potter studied Everlasting Elixirs in Sixth year Potions, taking notes on them in the Hogwarts Library from his copy of Advanced Potion-Making, which the Half-Blood Prince had annotated extensively.
