Engorgio Skullus is a Hex. This spell is used to swell the victim's skull.[1] This may be a variation of the Engorgement Charm, Engorgio, where the word Skullus confers specificity to the spell, hence limiting its shrinking effects to the head of the target. The counter-spell to shrink the victim's head is Redactum Skullus.

Etymology
- The word engorge means "to fill to excess".
