An enchanted razor is an object that magically gives the user a very good shave. To work the razor, you must instruct it verbally what you want it to do.
History

In 1997, Harry Potter received an enchanted razor on his seventeenth birthday from Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. It is not known whether he used it at any point or if he still owns it.
