Elephant and Castle is a neighbourhood of south London.^[1] It was one of several locations where Willy Widdershins made public toilets explode when flushed to play a practical joke on Muggles. In 1996, a jinx backfired in this neighbourhood. Arthur Weasley was called upon to look into it, but members of the Magical Law Enforcement Patrol arrived on the scene first.^[2]
