- "Extracurricular activities are subject to review by the High Inquisitor."
- — The Decree[src]
The Educational Decree Number Twenty-Nine was one of the Educational Decrees passed by Dolores Umbridge, then-Hogwarts High Inquisitor. This Educational Decree gave her the power to review all extracurricular activities and, presumably, the power to disband them. [1]
Behind the scenes
- As the numbering for this Educational Decree is not consistent with the numbering established in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, it cannot be considered canonical.
Appearances
- Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (film) (First appearance)
