The wife of Edgar Bones, Mrs. Bones, was murdered by a Death Eater sometime in the second half of 1981. Her husband and children were killed along with her.[2]

- ↑ Edgar Bones appeared in a photograph with Marlene McKinnon that was taken two weeks before Marlene's death in July 1981. Therefore the Bones family had to have been killed sometime between then and Voldemort's fall (31 October, 1981).
