The Dungeon Staircase is a stairwell connecting the Dungeon Corridor to one of the "roomier dungeons. It has a door at the end of the staircase with a cross-bones skull, and behind this door there was the room where Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington celebrated his birthday."[1]
