There was a racing bike Dudley Dursley received as a birthday gift in 29 June, 1991.[1] His cousin, Harry Potter wondered how Dudley would use it, since he was fat and hated excercises.[1] In the summer holidays, the same year, while being first time out on his bike, he knocked down Arabella Figg as she crossed Privet Drive on her crutches.[2]
