A dragon killer is someone who presumably kills dragons for the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures as an occupation. During the Quidditch World Cup in 1994 an unidentified wizard was trying to impress a group of Veelas and claimed to be a dragon killer who earned "a hundred sacks of Galleons a year". Another unidentified wizard spoke up claiming that the supposed dragon killer was in fact a dishwasher at the Leaky Cauldron] and that he was a vampire hunter himself.[1]
