Domhnall Gleeson is an Irish[1] actor who played Bill Weasley in the film adaptations of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.[2] He replaced Richard Fish, who had portrayed the character in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. He worked alongside his father, Brendan Gleeson, who has portrayed Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody since Goblet of Fire.[2]. Gleeson will be cast in the seventh installment of the Star Wars trilogy.

He was nominated for a Tony Award in 2006 for his role as Davey in the play The Lieutenant of Inishmore.[2]
