"Dodgy Dirk" is the nickname of a Muggle who is believed to have witnessed the Ilfracombe Incident, and somehow avoided the mass Memory Charm placed on witnesses. To this day, "Dodgy Dirk" can be found in bars along the South Coast of England talking about the day a "dirty great flying lizard" punctured his lilo.
