There was a Dining Chamber at the Palace of Beauxbatons in France.
According to Fleur Delacour, who studied in that school, the dining chamber was decorated with ice sculptures that didn't melt around Christmastime. Wood nymph choirs also sang for the students while they had meals.[1]
