This waiter served food and drinks at the Slug Club Christmas party in 1996 along with Neville Longbottom. He offered dragon tartare to Harry Potter. Harry passed, and the waiter told him this choice was for the better, stating that the hors d'oeuvre gives one "terribly bad breath."
