- 1993 — End of the term; the Hogwarts Express takes some students to London. Harry Potter receives a note from Rubeus Hagrid, informing him that Buckbeak's hearing is scheduled for April 20.
- 1995 — Harry Potter and the Weasleys visit Arthur Weasley at St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. There, Ron Weasley and Harry Potter meet Neville and Augusta Longbottom who are visiting Frank and Alice Longbottom.
- 1996 — Harry Potter and Hermione Granger are kicked out of the Hogwarts Library by Irma Pince after being caught in conversation. Once back at the Gryffindor Tower, Romilda Vane tries to slip Harry a Love Potion.
