Brackium Emendo is a healing spell, repairing broken arm bones.

It was attempted (incorrectly performed like all his other spells he tried except for Memory Charms) by Gilderoy Lockhart on Harry Potter's arm in 1992 after being hit by a tampered Bludger programed to strike only Harry, thus this spell removed all his bones in his arm.

"Brackium" coming from the Latin "Bracchium", meaning forearm. "Emendo" coming from the Latin: it could mean to free of faults/to correct, but also to erase or to remove.
