This wand belonged to one of the combatants of the Battle of Hogwarts. The wand was of unknown length and wood and core materials. Having lost his wand to a gang of Snatchers, Dean acquired this new wand during the Battle of Hogwarts.[1] It was either taken from one of the fallen or obtained by physical force.
