David O'Hara is a Scottish actor born in Glasgow, Scotland. He portrayed the Ministry of Magic employee Albert Runcorn in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. ^[2]^[3]

Some of O'Hara's notable films are Braveheart, The Devil's Own, Oliver Twist (1997), Hotel Rwanda, Tristan + Isolde, The Departed, Doomsday and Wanted.^[4]
