D. L. Boot was a wizard and a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the late 1970s.[2]
Boot played Seeker for his or her House Quidditch team, and won an award for it in 1978. A fellow Seeker's name, J. E. Prewitt was placed alongside his or hers.[2]
