Cyprian Youdle (1312–1357) was a Quidditch referee from Norfolk. He was killed during a friendly Quidditch match between local wizards in 1357. This made him the only referee to have been killed during a Quidditch match. The caster of the curse was never caught, but it was suspected to be one of the supporters in the crowd. [2]
