A cucumber is a cylindrical green fruit, the product of the cucumber plant (Cucumis sativus), a creeping vine in the gourd family.[4]
History[]
Cucumber could be found in salads served at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[5]
The Kappa, a water demon native to Japan, could sometimes be convinced not to attack a person if they threw it a cucumber with their name carved into it.[3][2]
The Weasley family grew cucumbers in their garden at The Burrow. In 1992, when Ronald Weasley complained about de-gnoming the garden, Molly Weasley reminded him that it was an easier task than removing Flobberworms from these cucumbers.[1]
