Corgi to hamster is a transforming spell used to turn a corgi into a hamster.
In 1991, one of the Queen's corgwn was turned into a hamster under unknown circumstances.[1] The International Federation of Warlocks met after said transformation to discuss it, and the Improper Use of Magic Office had by 1 September began interrogating suspects.[1] The Muggles believed the corgi to have been stolen and substituted with a hamster, and launched a nation-wide manhunt to no avail.[1]
