The Comet Trading Company is a broomstick company established in 1929 by Randolph Keitch and Basil Horton, who were both players for the Falmouth Falcons. Its first release was the Comet 140 in the same year, and their patented Horton-Keitch Braking Charm made it less likely for Quidditch players to fly offside or overshoot the goals. The latest Comet released sold more items on its first day than any other broomstick.
