Cinnamon is a type of spice that may also be used in some potions. It is derived from the inner bark of several trees of a single genus, Cinnamomum, native to Sri Lanka. It was kept with other potion ingredients in the Potions Classroom at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It is also a flavour of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans. [1]
