Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum that is used in both sweet and savoury foods.^[1] Cinnamon is used in potion brewing. It was kept with other potion ingredients in the Potions Classroom at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.^[2] It is also a flavour of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans.^[3]
