The Chief Snatcher was the second in command of the Snatchers during the Second Wizarding War. He is second to Fenrir Greyback as leader of the Snatchers which followed and caught Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger during their mission to find Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes.
