Chang was the surname of a wizarding family. It is unknown if they were pure-blood, or if they had some Muggle heritage, but Cho Chang married a Muggle in her adult life, thus making any children she had with this Muggle Half-blood (or maybe even Squibs).[4] The Changs were presumably of Asian descent.
