An official who presides over ceremonies such as weddings and funerals, this wizard is described as being small and tufty-haired, with a singsong voice[1]. In the summer of 1997, he presided at the funeral of Albus Dumbledore at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry[2] and at the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour at the Burrow[1]. Given his occupation, he may be an employee of the Ministry of Magic.
