"Are you a wizard, or what?"

Mrs. Belinda Diggory is the wife of Amos Diggory and the mother of Cedric Diggory. In 1995, Mrs. Diggory and her husband attended the Third Task of the Triwizard Tournament to support their son. Following Cedric's murder, she visited Harry Potter in the Hospital wing to thank him for returning her son's body to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Like her husband, she was utterly devastated at the loss of her son (her grief was described as being "beyond tears"), but attempted to console herself by reflecting that Cedric hadn't suffered, and that he must have at least died slightly happy at the knowledge that he had won the tournament. When Harry offered her the winnings from the Tournament, she declined to accept it.
