That doesn't explain how this is necessary. Infoboxes are supposed to reflect affiliations not careers. Should we create a waitress infobox? Plus this was created withouted any sort of consensus, and should therfore be deleted. 86.170.185.26 08:47, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

I agree with you: infoboxes should reflect affiliations and not professional careers. But I think we can make an exception for this. Should we have a "Head of Hogwarts individual infobox" then? I think making an exception is a bad idea, as it will open up the door for all sorts of other infoboxes that people think should exist, and sends the message that creating templates without consensus is OK. 86.170.185.26 12:37, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

If tenure is the only thing that is different, this can be accomplished by adding succession boxes to the foot of the article. Same for headmasters of Hogwarts. Maybe that's the better option. While we're at it, I noticed that likewise some infoboxes are a bit superfluous (such as the Quidditch player infobox and the St Mungo's permanent patient infobox). Should we get rid of those, too? --  Seth Cooper  owl post! 23:45, February 26, 2010 (UTC)
