These three women were former wives of Sir Cadogan, one of Knights of the Round Table. All three apparently found some fault with him, most likely his braggart attitude or foolhardy bravery, and left him. Between the three women and other possible romantic encounters, Cadogan is believed to have fathered seventeen children.
