Roemmele, Harry Potter's Muggle headmistress at St. Grogory's Primary School, sent Mr and Mrs Dursley a very angry letter telling them Harry had been caught climbing school buildings sometime before 1991. He really was running from Dudley's gang and ended up on top of the school building because of magic.
