C. Roemmele[1] was a Muggle woman who was headmistress of St. Grogory's Primary School in the early 1990s.[2]
Biography[]
She once sent a letter to Vernon and Petunia Dursley informing them that their nephew and ward, Harry Potter, had been "climbing school buildings," when he had in fact unintentionally flown onto the school roof while trying to hide from his cousin Dudley and his gang.[2]
