This burning took place on the 1 May, 1998 at the grounds of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as part of the larger Battle of Hogwarts. The Death Eaters and Snatchers fought some Hogwarts students and Professors on the grounds and managed to burn down the entire Quidditch pitch.
