The Bulgarian Ministry of Magic governs the Wizarding community in Bulgaria. The current Minister for Magic in Bulgaria is a wizard called Oblansk (or Obalonsk). It is likely they were involved in the war against Gellert Grindelwald and his forces in the mid 20th century.
