This spell produces a stream of non-bursting bubbles from the tip of the wand. The colour of the bubbles can vary and can be controlled by the caster. This spell is similiar to Ebublio and the Bubble-Head Charm. The exact name of the spell is unknown.
History
1991
Professor Flitwick used the spell to decorate the twelve Christmas trees at Hogwarts in Christmas of 1991. The bubbles in this instance were golden.
1992
Ron Weasley's broken wand produced large bubbles in 1992, however, the wand was being held together with Spellotape and Ron did not say an incantation, so it is likely that it was just a malfunction of the wand rather than a spell. The bubbles in this instance were purple.
