Brian is a vampire who visited Privet Drive in Little Whinging at the night of 1 November, 1981, shortly after the down-fall of Dark Wizard Lord Voldemort and the end of the First Wizarding War. It is unknown what he was doing so close to the family who wanted to be as normal as one can be, far away from the wizarding community.

Behind the scenesEdit

• Brian was present in some earlier drafts of the film adaption of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, he was, however, cut from newer edits and is not seen in the final version. A possible explanation is that the film-makers wanted us to learn about the wizarding world gradually.^[1]
