- "I can teach you how to...brew glory..."
- — Severus Snape speaking of what one might learn in his class[src]
There was a potion which, when consumed, guaranteed the drinker glory of some form.[1][2]
History[]
Severus Snape used this potion as an example for his first year class in 1991 of what one may be able to make in his class if they would be willing to put in the effort.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- As this potion was only mentioned as a hypothetical potion students could learn how to brew by Snape in Potions, along with it being a hypothetical answer on the sorting quiz on Pottermore, it is possible that such a potion does not really exist in the Harry Potter universe, but this is unclear.
- There is a small chance this potion may be Felix Felicis.
Appearances[]
- Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (First mentioned)
- Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (film) (Mentioned only)
- Pottermore (First appearance)
- Wizarding World
